Chartered accountant specialized in the administrative and financial management of research projects. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Salerno, where she later obtained her professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant, a profession she has practiced for approximately 15 years. Throughout her professional career she has developed extensive expertise in accounting and taxation, as well as in human resources administration and management. From 2015 to 2017 she was a member of the Commission on Labour Issues and Human Resource Management at the Order of Chartered Accountants of Salerno (ODCEC), contributing to several in-depth studies on labour law topics. Since 2016 she has been working at NISEA, where she is responsible for the company’s administrative and accounting management and for the financial reporting of research projects. In this role she has developed specific expertise in European Union funding schemes, particularly Horizon programmes, also through participation in specialised training courses.
